Kinyarwanda won the World Cinema Audience Award at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, the World Cinema Audience Award at the 2011 AFI Fest, Grand Prize at the 2011 Skip City Festival in Tokyo, and Best Narrative at the 2011 Jacksonville Film Festival. The film is coming to theaters December 8th.
